Moving to HBS and the Greater Boston Area
Pets In Boston
Finding housing if you have a pet is not an easy task. Here is what you should know:
- Most Harvard University Housing does not allow pets.
- Rental agents have very few pet friendly listings.
- Some private landlords allow pets. Search for off-campus housing on the HBS Classifieds and Craigslist.com.
- In Cambridge, you are supposed to register your dog with Cambridge within 30 days of arriving. They require proof of shots and proof of spade / neuter from your vet. I suggest calling before coming here to get the proper documentation from your current vet. City of Cambridge
